PACK & SEND, Australia’s best rated courier and logistics brand, has once again been awarded the ProductReview.com.au award for Courier Service for 2023. The award winners for 2023 were announced in December 2022. This is the 4th win in the past five years, having previously won in 2019, 2021 & 2022.

According to ProductReview, the judging process involved performing qualitative analyses and metric comparisons to gauge a sentiment score in determining the winner. In 2022, PACK & SEND received over 1000 new customer reviews on the ProductReview.com.au platform, while earning an average rating of 4.5 out of 5.

To put this 4.5/5 average rating in context, look no further than the Courier category page on ProuctReview.com.au. You will see that many of the biggest and best known brands in the Courier industry have an average rating of less than 2 out of 5.

After huge growth over the previous 2 years, 2022 was once again PACK & SEND’s biggest year ever. More than 30,000 customers have shared their opinion by rating us on trusted independent review platforms such as Google, ProductReview, TrustPilot and Facebook.
